If a person wants to market and own  a plot in BMPP in My Homes is as follows.

 

PROCEDURE OF BUSINESS CONCEPT :

1.    To enter in to BUSINESS MARKETING PROMOTIONAL (PLAN BMPP) , you have to join as a Business Executive (B.E) & at the same time you have to book your own plot in your name in companies layout (or) companies associated layouts .The plot cost will be Rs. 1,25,000/- and you will pay a sum of Rs.2,250/- towards 1st Installment Amount , which includes Admission Fee of Rs. 750/- & 1st Installment of Rs. 1,500/- . Remaining plot installment amounts shall be deducted from your eligibilities.

2.    After your joining as a Business Executive & own plot booking with 1st Installment . You have to recruit 3 Marketing Business Executives in your team and make them to book their 3 own plots with 1st Installment amounts, same as you did.

                                                                                     
3.   By successfully completing 3 recruitments of B.E 's & 3 Plot Bookings of their own . You will be promoted as Marketing Manager(M.M) and you are eligible for Rs. 2500/- M.F.A. (Monthly Field Allowance) target based.

4.  After taking M.F.A. your Investment will be zero, and promoted as M.M. This is the previous process of entering into BMPP. This process is called BUSINESS CONCEPT, in which you need to qualify BUSINESS CONCEPT to enter into BMPP.

"When you will qualify for BUSINESS CONCEPT ?"

You  will qualify for BUSINESS CONCEPT,  when your investment becomes zero by taking M.F.A.

5.  After qualifying in Business Concept  you will enter into BMPP without paying anything . which means you are entering with ZERO INVESTMENT.

 

 

ENTERING INTO BMPP :

1. Now you are in BMPP, where you are eligible to get the plot commissions made on your Team Plot Bookings and their performances, along with it, M.F.A's, Rewards, Health and Insurance Packages are  Additional Benefits.

2. Now you are in BMPP.

In BUSINESS CONCEPT  you have entered as a Business Executive  and booked 1 personal plot by paying 1st Installment  & 3 direct recruitments of B.E.s & their own plot Bookings in your team by this you are promoted as M.M & eligible for M.F.A of Rs. 2,500/-.

By getting M.F.A., your Investment of 1st Installment amount for plot booking will be zero. So  here your Investment will be zero and getting qualified for BUSINESS CONCEPT and enters into BMPP without paying anything.

To get  plot commissions  in BMPP, your direct 3 B.E's should qualify B.C, by taking M.F.A's  & promoted as M.M's & their investments  will be zero and they enter into BMPP.

2	Take a D.D. in the name of MY HOME'S REAL ESTATES for a sum of Rs.2250/-  towards Plot Installment Amount and  deposit the D.D. in Companies account of "MY HOMES REAL ESTATES"  S.B.I. CURRENT ACCOUNT NO: 31880720683.
3	After depositing D.D. in  Companies Account  Please fill the PAYMENT CONFIRMATION FORM which is located in MY HOME'S home page .  After payment confirmation, company will send a E-PIN to your Sponsor BUSINESS EXECUTIVE's   I.D  with which  you can register your ONLINE  account in  myhomes.co.in.
4	Fill up your BUSINESS APPLICATION FORM (BMPP), and PLOT APPLICATION FORM and attach ADDRESS PROOF with  6 Color  Pass Port Size Photographs,  and send them to the company address.
5	After receiving your APPLICATION FORM, we will send you M.F.A a/c (salary) request form and BUSINESS EXECUTIVE I.D. CARD to your Postal Address.
6	" O " BALANCE S.B.I.  S.B. a/c  provided as per BANK norms.

 

 

PAYMENT OF PLOT COMMISSIONS IN BMPP :

 

1	Payments shall be made through B.E's  S.B.I. a/c only.
2	Payments will be settled   to your  S.B.I. a/c which you have provided  in your PERSONAL INFORMATION  in your Online account .
3	You can submit your '0' Balance S.B.I  a/c  (or) Personal S.B.I  a/c  details in your LOGIN PANEL in  PERSONAL INFORMATION  by UPDATING it.
4	Payments will not be released for those who didn't SUBMIT their S.B.I. A/C details.
5	Every  BUSINESS EXECUTIVE  must and should  SUBMIT their S.B.I. a/c details within 4days of opening   his/her  online account in myhomes.co.in..
6	M.F.A.'s will be paid weekly  for eligible B.E.'s. Payouts will be paid twice in a month. Rewards will be settled  monthly once.
	NOTE: IF COMPANY/BANK UNABLE GIVE YOU '0' S.B.I a/c, as per Bank norms. You have to open a S.B.I. personal a/c and submit your Bank details.
